I'm considering doing a half marathon in April. I looked at a suggested training guide, and magically I'm right on schedule (just about). Does anyone have any other suggestions? Shoes (how long are running shoes good for anyway?), clothing suggestions, food, water, tricks, tips etc? The half marathon I'm considering is the
Spirit of St. Louis Marathon. Thanks!
